Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress, and also an author. Her career began in the soaps One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she performed in numerous supporting roles on premiertime TV. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, on the streets of The Bronx New York United States. Navedo's acting career started in soap operas. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap production One Life to Live. The show also featured her in the CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval in 1999 until 2000. Her film debut was with a part in Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star in New York Undercover, and The District. In 2001 Navedo co-starred in the action-comedy film Double Take and the following year, in the drama film Washington Heights. Navedo was the character the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 to 2004. He starred later in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods and Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo has also appeared in films like El Cantante, Remember Me among others. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. She starred in the comedic film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious comedy released in 2015 was a satire of the Fast and the Fast and the Furious film series. Navedo began her acting career on daytime soaps. She was in Linda Soto, the ABC soap drama One Life to Live from 1995 to 1997. She was cast in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap show Guiding Light. Her film debut came through a tiny role on Girl 6 (1996) and later guest-starred in episodes of New York Undercover and The District. In 2001, Navedo co-starred in the action Double Take.
